MS VB Practice
Please arrive 10-15 minutes BEFORE the start of practice (for the entire season) - this allows athletes to get shoes changed, knee pads on, hair tied up, chatting out of the way.
We have less time to practice than our public school counterparts and we need to make the MOST out of every practice - be ready to be on the court and working hard from 2 to 4pm.
We use VB's that are provided by the SAC so you do not have to have your own. Having one to practice at HOME is essential though.
